About The RHCCC
The Rowland Heights Community Coordinating Council (RHCCC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in Rowland Heights.  It is run entirely by volunteers, no salaries are paid to any of the officers or directors.  The income from the small amount of dues paid by members is used to cover the expenses of the organization.

Have you ever complained about any of the following?
              Haphazard development
              Ever-increasing traffic
              Inadequate code enforcement
              Needed infrastructure improvements
              Inadequate community standards
Visual Clutter From Poorly Controlled Commercial Signage
              Increasing Crime rates

These are just a few of the problems we face.  Rowland Heights is an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County - not a city.  Our day-to-day services, such as fire and police protection, code enforcement, infrastructure maintenance and improvements, as well as decisions regarding zoning, property development and community standards are all the administrative responsibility of various Los Angeles County officials.  These administrators are well meaning, but have a difficult task. Their offices in many cases are distant from our community and they have similar responsibilities for all of the  unincorporated areas of the County.  They can't possibly have the depth of understanding of our local problems as our own residents.

County officials want and need resident input regarding a variety of matters to properly perform their jobs.  The RHCCC is the mechanism for providing that input.  We are a forum where residents can meet to obtain information on development proposals and area happenings, identify and discuss problems and issues, reach consensus, and then express concerns and propose solutions to County & State officials.  Alone it is very difficult for one person to have much of an effect.  Working together, we can have a significant impact.  Let your voice be heard.  Visit the Membership & Meetings page to join with your neighbors and be part of the solution.
